Warwick Sharp - Warwick has a decade of experience in education policy as the Principal Private Secretary to the Education Secretary.  Before that, Warwick taught in a secondary school and had responsibility for careers provision.  He has been a school and college governor.  Warwick is the author of a new book called The Educated Guess which is endorsed by a range of leading education figures - it explores the invisible biases in our thinking and how they apply to education`

Drew Poveyformer executive headteacher and star of channel 4 hit Educating Greater Manchester. Drew is an influential leadership authority with a unique multi sector viewpoint on creating innovative and sustainable change. He has over twenty years’ experience working in elite level sport, education and business.

Karen MoranDirector of Disruptive HR. Karen has over 20 years of diverse HR expertise and spans start-ups through to established sectors such as telecoms, professional services and media. Karen has extensive hands-on experience of leading and implementing fresh thinking HR initiatives.

Casper RongstedFor more than 25 years Casper Rongsted has been working in education, learning and motivation. The last 10 years he has worked in his own company as an educational consultant, keynote speaker and writer of books and articles. Casper works with teachers, educators, trainers and leaders in both private and public schools and in companies all over the world. Casper brings theory and practice together in the search for even better methods to help people create learning for all.

Dr Tim O’BrienTim is a Senior Visiting Fellow in Psychology at UCL’s Institute of Education. He has written exclusively on SEND, Inclusion and Psychology. He is a member of the DfE’s Expert Advisory Group for Teacher well being and for 10 years he worked behind the scenes as a Psychologist for The Arsenal Football Team.

Tom ReesTom is a former teacher, headteacher, executive headteacher and CEO. He is now the Executive Director of School Leadership at the Ambition Institute.

Kiran GillKiran is CEO of The Difference. The Difference charity exists to improve life outcomes of the most vulnerable children by raising the status and expertise of those who educate them.

Nick WhittakerNick is Ofsted’s HMI Specialist for SEND, he will share Ofsted’s view on how SEND will be inspected under the new framework.
