In Part 1 of the session, we will consider what is meant by ‘resonant leadership’ and how it can affect those we lead. Dissonant leadership can become our default if we do not know who we are as leaders.
We will explore how the decisions we make as leaders can affect the morale and efficacy of our teams, by focussing on:
In Part 2 of the session, we will consider how we manage performance effectively and equip delegates with the skills to manage the performance of those they manage in a supportive and inspiring way. We will consider how we should observe lessons, what form feedback should take, as well as how we should manage challenging conversations with colleagues.
