The Archbishop of York's School Leadership Programme 2018/2019 (Cross-Phase)
The Archbishop of York’s School Leadership Programme has been designed to provide high quality leadership development for those people working in Anglican schools, or for those people who wish to work in an environment which is founded on Christian Values. At the heart of the programme is the emphasis on how values are conveyed at all levels of leadership within schools, as well as specific leadership strategies that will help raise achievement.
The programme has been set up in response to several key national aims which will raise achievement by developing leadership capacity. The National Society have actively encouraged the design of this provision. The programme is open to existing and aspiring middle leaders, as well as those considering the step up to senior leadership. It is appropriate for both primary and secondary phases.
The Archbishop of York’s School Leadership Programme will be delivered through Pathfinder and Archbishop Holgate’s School with the support of the York Diocesan Team.
